The Fifth International Symposium on Communication Studies of Rhetoric

With the development of new technologies, the transformation of media and the changing forms of communication, intelligent technologies such as 5G, VR/AR and AI have disruptively changed the modes of communication, discourse forms, narrative methods, cultural representations and aesthetic logic. As the previous cultural landscape has been disrupted, the media, discourse and arts in the current communication ecosystem present innovative elements unlike before, opening up new possibilities.

The Global Rhetoric Society will hold an International Symposium on Communication Studies of Rhetoric from October 20th to 22nd, 2023. The International Symposium on Communication Studies of Rhetoric was initiated by the Global Rhetoric Society and the International Society for Rhetorical Communication in 2009.
